I order Privo Rafael because I have had super success with Privo Belfry mules in the past. These shoes were a great disappointment. The heel has zero cushion. Zappos service was fabulous, but the shoe not so much

LOVE this sandal - Perfect: comfortable, cute, nice height...liked the black ones so much I ordered them in brown too, and now I'm set for the summer!

Great multipurpose heeled sandal. Great comfort for a heeled shoe. Looks much better on your foot than the chunky look in the picture. I've been wearing Privo flats for years. Great buy!!!
