She has pain on her feet. She loved them, but a few hours later when she stepped on a hardwood floor, which had tiny little water on it, she almost fell. I tested them again with some other hard floor – if wet, slippery like ice! Did not want to kill my mom. These are so comfortable and people ask me where I bought them. The shoes look great on your feet and are very stylish. There is no arch support, but that can be remedied by visiting the drug store and buying some inserts made for sandals. A great alternative to the flip-flop thong between the toes, they are also very roomy--even my bunions have space to breathe. Privos run very wide, so if you have a narrow foot, the best styles are ones like these rather than a flat which might gap. I wish they would make a narrow size also. Really comfortable and loose enough to accommodate swelling feet in the hot summer months. The insides are smooth with nothing to chafe your skin. And pretty good looking too. Privo's are the best.
